We are Jamie and Ruthie Pérez Slingerland. We are both Master Certified Coaches — a credential held by fewer than 2% of coaches worldwide — and between us we have logged over 12,000 hours coaching more than 1,200 leaders across industries, roles, and life stages.

But the reason this work lands the way it does has less to do with credentials and more to do with what we have lived.

About fifteen years ago, we were teachers raising young children under real financial pressure, working hard and feeling the gap between the life we were building and the one we actually wanted. Coaching changed how we thought, how we led, and how we made decisions. We did not just learn about this work. We needed it.

That experience is in every conversation we have. Jamie and Ruthie also co-founded Catalyst Coach Academy, an ICF-accredited coach training program led exclusively by Master Certified Coaches.
