Most leaders want to grow, lead with confidence, and build a life that feels meaningful. Yet many find themselves stretched between work, family, and the weight of expectations—successful on the outside, but unclear or tired on the inside.
We understand that tension because we’ve lived it.
About fifteen years ago, we found ourselves burned out and unsure of our next step. We were both teachers, raising young children, carrying significant financial pressure, and questioning how to move forward with clarity and purpose. Despite working hard, something felt misaligned—and we knew something had to change.
Coaching became the turning point.
Through intentional reflection, courageous decisions, and sustained support, we shifted how we thought, led, and lived. That shift allowed us to regain clarity, rebuild financially, and begin shaping a life aligned with our values rather than external expectations.
As our coaching practice grew, we stepped away from the classroom and committed fully to supporting others through similar moments of growth and transition. Over the past 12+ years, we’ve logged more than 10,000 hours of professional coaching and partnered with over 1,100 leaders, business owners, and entrepreneurs.

We are both ICF Master Certified Coaches (MCC)—a distinction held by fewer than 4% of coaches worldwide. Our coaching is known for being calm, grounded, and insight-driven, supporting leaders without prescribing answers or pushing performance for performance’s sake.
Based in Franklin, Tennessee, we work with leaders locally and nationwide while raising our four children and enjoying life with our two Goldendoodles.
